5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you made an error, please contact us right away at support@heartcraftedgift.com. We can update your address if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Once shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return and remake policy for eligible items. Products must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
