To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Email us at support@heartcraftedgift.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send:
A prepaid return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@heartcraftedgift.com if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right.
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized products (special orders, engraved or made-to-order items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and then place a new order for the replacement.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
